Success with ESP or Telepathy depends on how good you are in being in tune with your inner self, your C-Body and on your ability to receive thoughts (C-energy) sent by others.  Most of us are not in tune with such much.  Most of us are 99.9% focused on our physical life and only 0.1% on our inner self or on the reception of thoughts by other. 

Success with Telepathy and ESP depends on the power of C-energy you have or you use when awake, your focus and on types of C-energy Units you are born with in your C-body. 

So, if you can be 20% focused on your inner self instead of just the average 0.1%, you will be 200 times better than an average person in this area and therefore you should be 200 times better in ESP or Telepathy than an average person.  Practice of using your mind or C-body for this purpose or sensing of other C-energy (thoughts) in the physical or P-domain makes you better in ESP and Telepathy.
