What This Privacy Policy Covers
This policy covers how CTPEC treats personal information that CTPEC collects and receives, including information related to your past use of CTPEC Web sites, products and services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available. The Collection of Personal Information
In some circumstances, CTPEC may request personal information from you, like your name, e-mail address, company name or telephone number. Your response to these inquiries is strictly voluntary. CTPEC uses this information to customize your experience on our website. In addition, CTPEC may use this information for other business purposes, such as to alerting you to products and services that can assist you in your business, promoting site registration, and assisting in order processing.
In general, you can visit our site without divulging any personal information unless you are joining our CTP Membership Club (see CTP Club Terms & Conditions). Collecting Domain Information
CTPEC also collects domain information as part of its analysis of the use of this site. This data enables us to become more familiar with which customers visit our site, how often they visit and what parts of the site they visit most often. Notice Regarding Children Under 13
CTPEC recognizes the sensitivity of personally identifiable information concerning children under the age of 13 and therefore provides this special notice. You may also subsequently revoke your consent and request that your child's information be removed from CTPEC's active list. Please refer to the form for instructions and further information.
If you are a parent or guardian who has discovered that your child under the age of 13 has submitted his or her personally identifiable information without your permission or consent, CTPEC will make reasonable efforts to remove the information from its active list, at your request. To request the removal of your child's information, please send an e-mail to CTPPrivacy@ctpenergy.com and be sure to include in your message the same User Name and password and/or e-mail address that your child submitted. CTPEC encourages parents and guardians to spend time online with their children to become familiar with the types of content available on the CTPEC Web sites and the Internet generally.
Disclosure to Third Parties

If you receive unwanted marketing materials from any of our business partners, please let them know that you wish to be removed from their contact list.
